Useless Courier with incorrect Facts

With reference to my previous complaint ..... please note the CORRECT Facts ....<br> <br> How do I get a REFERENCE number BEFORE, I repeat, BEFORE, I hand my parcel in ....OR before parcel is Collected ???.<br> <br> Secondly When a company requests RAM couriers to collect a parcel from me, HOW DO I OBTAIN a REFERENCE number BEFORE collection.???<br> <br> HOW do i get a REFERENCE number or a persons name, IF the security guard wont allow one into the premises???<br> <br> Every other Courier company that i have dealt with, has a receiving counter where you can hand your parcel in and GET the reference number and persons name. BUT not RAM !!!<br> <br> This parcel that is supposed to be collect on Friday 12 Feb, still has not been collected.... So you tell me what to do .... 3 trips of 120 km each and still no collection because RAM couriers do not follow instructions ... <br> <br> PHONE BEFORE YOU COLLECT TO ENSURE I AM AVAILABLE SIMPLE ---- then maybe i will have a reference number and a persons name <br> <br> Simple common sense .... The driver dont care, he is doing his job, the ground staff dont care cause the doing their job JUST the board members suffer cause of wasted trips
