Useless courier service ever

I ordered a rain sim card. Yesterday I got a message saying they will deliver between 8-5.i got a call around 11am from the driver saying he will deliver before 3pm...i canceled my plans as I had to wait for him...3pm nothing. No call no delivery... I called the driver he said he got a puncher but he is not far from my place... I ask for his location so I can at least meet him there but he hung up on me. At around 4 I called him again he said he is in ebony Park meaning he passed my place but he will come as soon as he is done there... I waited and waited.. At 16:57 I called again but he then hung up on me several times. I basically canceled my plans for nothing. Today I called the number again but I was advised by another driver that they rotate phones every day but he was sweet and very useful. He gave me the office number to call and find out what is going on but the lady at the reception was very rude she even said im wasting her time and hung up. It's seems like it's the training they get from the company to be rude on customers. I will never recommend RAM to anyone or use it myself
