Useless Courier company
the ***est service ever..they telk u if third party pick up on behalf of you they only need a copy of yiur Id and the person that picks up need to give her id copy as well.the drive Esethu litrelly told me I am i **** and he dont trust me what kind of *** service is that..When you ask to speak to a manager you sit more tgan 25min waiting on the phone for the manager that doesnt even awnser and not even the person that awnsers the phone would tell you please just hold on cause the manager is maybe busy or what ****n ever..No they make u wait and wait with no damn service...I would never advise people to use RAM COURIERS

31 Aug 2022, 16:37I spoke to the bank they confirmed with me that I only need to give the copy of my id with the person that is tacking it on my behalf and she only need to give her id to the driver to confirm i gave her number and everything know your driver is telling me I am a **** and only want to let him get fired but all i did is tell what the bank said..so i seriously think he either need to do his job and speak proper to clients or need a warning or beter need to get him ajob where he can talk rude to people.
