Useless Courier

Courier does not know what they are doing. They tried to delivery my package twice but at the wrong location I assume. Driver never phoned or rang the bell. When this happened the first time, I told them to return my package to Vodacom as I was cancelling. They then tried to deliver it again at the wrong location. I took them more than a week to get it back to Vodacom. Speaking to their customer service is no help, they really lack common sense.
