Useless company with useless staff

If I could give you a negative review I would. You people are absolutely useless. How difficult can it be to just assist a customer. I have wasted so much money on airtime since none of you can even be bothered to reply to my emails. I've gotten into trouble at work because you are all so useless. Your receptionists are rude and unhelpful. I can't say the same for the rest of the company because they don't even answer. I WANT A RESPONSE!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY PACKAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
