Useless

They are getting one star so that I can review.

RAM has disappointed me as I had ordered a gift for my sister from Ted Baker and her birthday has since come and gone. The first day I got a message that my order was out for delivery, before midday another message came and indicated that they had failed to deliver my parcel. No missed call nothing. When I tried to track the parcel two days later, it showed that someone had altered my address, I sent RAM an email to correct the address and they never responded. This morning, a week later, I try to track the parcel and guess what? They returned it back to Ted Baker
