Useless, and ****s

Ordered through BASH, within minutes in the morning the store has the items ready and requests collection from RAM. They do not collect. The following day, they do not collect due to "too late to attempt", then next day "too late to attempt", the day after I spend 3 hours getting on the line with an actual person who tries to help assign and expedite a driver to actually try get to the store on time to collect the parcel. "Too late to attempt" once more. Best part of all this was, most "support" staff I got ahold of were just plainly rude with me and claimed that the store didn't hand over the parcel each time they went. The latest lady I talked to confirmed that to be false, they just arrived after the store closed each time. Unsure if it's just deceit, incompetence, or a good mix of both. But if I had a choice in who completes my consignments, I would never pick this negligent, lazy, and infuriating company. The items will not arrive on time for what they were intended, never mind within BASH's SLA.
