Useless and pathetic company

Very pathetic and *********** service by Ram and it's team leaders.my package has now been in Isando for 2 days and nothing is being done. I logged 2 complaints on their site and no assistance. I called in this morning and team leader promised progress and feedack.now 5 hours later and still nothing has been done and no progress. Don't use this pathetic company.
