Useless and Pathetic

On Wednesday morning(19 may) between 09:00 and 10:00 I received a call from the dispatch team from RAM hand to hand couriers in Nelspruit. The man I spoke to was rude as all hell and told me that he will dispatch my parcel in two days when I told him it is BS because it's already been a week and I paid for overnight delivery he said well he already dispatched everything and refused to put me through to a supervisor. After spending 2 hours calling the Nelspruit branch I finally got through to a man named Albert who seemed willing to help and told me he guarantees that I will receive my Sim card today(20 may) and here I sit at 17:43 still no sim card and no answer since 16:00. I paid for a a rain contract and haven't used it yet this month I need answer and I need them now. I also demand that RAM pays for the delivery and the reexamination fee my wife has to pay because she couldn't take her online test because of the pathetic ****** bull**** that is going on at RAM in Nelspruit.
