Useless and dishonest delivery service

These people just sent me a message saying they cannot deliver as MyNumber is un contactable. Meanwhile I have my hand in my phone and there was no call. I’ve been waiting for my delivery since yesterday and now as a result, I’m going to cancel the contract for the item that they needed to deliver I’ve never met such a dishonest company very useless and unprofessional people. I don’t understand how you’re still operational.
