Useless

Worst customer service from any courier company i have ever had to deal with. Tell me that my package is out for delivery at 07h00. I keep on asking for an ETA throughout the day so i can at least plan my day. kept on getting different stories ranging from they not allowed to give an ETA all the way through to the driver is around the corner and will be there soon. I spent the whole day sitting at home twiddling my thumbs.

at 17h00 i call back again for the 5th or 6th time only to be told this time that the driver was hijacked earlier during the day. Yet they spent the whole day telling me he was still on route. Not sure if this is another lie to try and cover up for their incompetency. They them tell me i may have to wait for a week before any investigation can be concluded and then they can tell me if my parcel is still available or if i have to start from beginning again.

Am so surprised Ram is still around considering the levels of service they dont have.

My advice is avoid this company, they don't tell the truth when it comes to what happens with your parcels and they are so disorganized they cannot give you an ETA on a delivery through the day, not even down to the nearest 2 -3 hours.
