Useless
I simply do not have time to wait at the office from 8am till 5pm for them to make a delivery, i phoned to arrange that my assistant or receptionist can sign but was abruptly told that i will simply have to make myself available, who the hell do they think they are? NO OTHER COURIER has ever had any issue. PS my delivery is now a week late

Please note that it is the sender's requirements that you sign for your own parcel. The senders do not allow for us to deliver the parcels to third party recipients.
Also provide to us the tracking number for your parcel so that we can arrange for a specific time of delivery.
