Useless

<p>I am calling now for the 8th time. Spoken to various people and I was promised to be called back by the agents and supervisor. Stil nothing. Ram closes at 5pm so I tried my last call at 16:30 but after holding and waiting for 6min. no one answered.</p> <p> </p> <p>After I have now spoken to the supervisor, he has no clue what is going on in his area and need to establish what went wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you need answers speak to Rudolf Park or Michael Ross which above the supervisor manager. </p>
