Useless

Wish there was negative stars, RAM doesn't even deserve 1 star. Most useless, pathetic and rude service. Will definitely never be using them again. Paid for next day delivery and even though my parcel was at my local depot the next day, I've been waiting 5 days and still nothing. Even calling doesn't help as getting transferred to a manager just cuts your line. I'm furious how a company like this still does business!
