This must be the most *********** delivery company that exists. Why on Earth Vodacom has partnered and continues to partner with these clowns is beyond words. Every single time I order something from Vodacom's online store, these buffoons can't find my address. I mean, more than half of Joburg lives in security estates, and for some reason there is something so special about mine that they simply can never get the address right.

You can use their pointless delivery management interface to attempt to update your address, then wait an entire day for Vodacom to confirm, and then they somehow still get it wrong. You can continue to do this until the end of time and they still won't get it right. Nobody phones, nobody reaches out. Nothing, just unsuccessful delivery attempt after unsuccessful delivery attempt.

I have PTSD from having to try and get my packages delivered by this joke of a company.
