Use Seabourne logistics. Ram are useless

USELESS. I was told my packag would be delivered between the hours of 17:00 and 18:00. I eneded up waiting at work until 19:30 only to be told that the driver was unable to make the delivery because there was no contact person or number.

We use to use Ram as a courier partner and switched to Seabourne Logistics because they don't take care of the little guys. They are bang on useless and run a **** service. Poor communication and LAZY drivers make a for a frustrating experience.
