Use anyone else: Poor service and ********** info on delivery times

<p>I had arranged for the shipment of a package from PTA to DBN (#RL ********** 24) and I paid for an express service (delivery by 9am). The package was only delivered at 1pm and this after I had to call in to the durban branch and request that they deliver as soon as possible when the tracking showed that the package had not even left the depot by 11am. I was then informed that the package would be delivered by 4pm and had to plead with the rep to get it delivered sooner. This level of poor service is unacceptable and as a first time user of your company I am not inclined to use your services again nor recommend you to anyone else.</p> <p>Please can you contact me to settle the refund for express "early bird" service which I paid for and DID NOT receive.</p>
