Use another courier and save frustrations
Seems like the majority ratings on Hello Peter for RAM Couriers holds true... Our business is open 24 hours a day. The driver doesn't deliver, with the reason he couldn't reach us - even though he could have just walked up to the door and pressed the bell. And then RAM doesn't answer their phones in order to query when next we can receive our urgent package. Crazy....
