Urgent: Repeated Damage to Shipments
To whom it may concern at RAM,
We have used RAM Couriers almost exclusively for our business shipments, but we have now reached a point of absolute frustration with the service we are receiving.
Time and time again our parcels are arriving at clients damaged, with boxes that look as though they have been bashed, crushed, or otherwise mishandled in transit. These are not isolated incidents, this has become an ongoing pattern.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that we go to significant lengths to prevent exactly this type of damage. Our items are packed extremely securely using proper protective materials, and every box is clearly marked with instructions such as Fragile, This Way Up, Do Not Drop, and Handle With Care. Despite this, the condition in which these parcels arrive strongly suggests that these instructions are simply being ignored somewhere within your handling chain, whether in depots, warehouses, or during delivery.
The result is that our clients receive broken items. This does not only inconvenience them; it directly damages our business. We are forced to replace products, repack orders, and absorb the costs of additional packaging materials, labour, and courier charges. On top of this, the reputational damage caused when a customer receives a broken delivery is significant.
Equally concerning is the lack of accountability when these issues are raised. When we report damage, the responses we receive are often generic, copy-and-paste replies that do not address the problem or provide any meaningful resolution. For a business that spends a considerable amount of money on courier services, the level of customer support and responsibility we are experiencing is simply unacceptable.
At this point, we have reached the stage where we genuinely do not know where else to escalate the matter. The continued lack of action or proper engagement from RAM has left us with very little confidence that these issues are being taken seriously.
We are paying for a professional courier service, yet what we are consistently receiving is damaged goods, frustrated clients, and a complete absence of accountability.
This complaint is being posted publicly because our attempts to resolve the matter through normal channels have produced no meaningful results. We sincerely hope that someone within RAM management will take the time to investigate the handling practices within your network and address what appears to be a systemic problem.
Until then, businesses like ours are left paying the price for a service that is clearly not being delivered to the standard promised.
