Urgent Delivery assistance needed

Good day, I hope someone at RAM will be able to assist me.

I had a delivery due Friday which i waited for but unfortunately RAM was unable to deliver and postponed the delivery till today. I agreed and proceeded to change the delivery address as I am not at the original address today.

At about 8:30am i received an sms informing me of today's delivery at the original address. I called RAM to inform them of the address change which they can see but will need "management permission" to deliver to the new address as the courier has already left with the package. After about 5 calls since this morning I still do not know if management approval was obtained. I am at the point of cancelling this product with Rain Telecoms and finding another alternative that doesn't involve RAM couriers.

Please can someone ensure that i get this package today as i am unaware at which address i will be at tomorrow and I cant waste a third day of waiting for a package from RAM couriers.
