URGENT Delivery

Good Day , yesterday morning around 8:00am , I phoned and spoke to Phumudzo who advised that the parcel was still in CT, however when it comes in , she will mark as urgent. I did tell her it was a birthday gift and I needed it for today, I also changed the home address for my work address. Today morning, the 3rd September 2026, around 8:08am I phoned and spoke to Lebogang and she did advise that the parcel was in Durban, I mentioned to her this is urgent and needs to be delivered to my work address as these are birthday gifts and that I will phone back by 10am. I phoned back at 11:08am today and Jamal advises that due to change of address will be delayed as they need to print the labels, I requested to speak to a supervisor and he advised the supervisor is busy, He then phoned the Durban hub and they mentioned they will try for today to see for a local courier. I did mention to him that this is urgent and I am here at work till 3.30pm, I somehow am not confident the items will be delivered to my work today, I need some assurance that this is not a lie and that the item will definatelty be delivered to my offices. Phone me urgently.
