Urgent: Courier Not Yet Handed Over to DHL

I’m writing to express my concern regarding my courier that was picked up by Ram Hand-to-Hand Couriers on 2nd October. Despite multiple follow-ups, the parcel has still not been handed over to DHL.

Each time I’ve called, I’ve been told it would be handled “tomorrow,” but as of today (8th October), I’ve now been informed that I should contact DHL directly because Ram is “waiting for a waybill number.”

This delay is very concerning as the parcel contains urgent fabric samples meant for our client, and the extended wait is affecting our timelines. I’d really appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and confirming when the handover to DHL will actually take place.
