Urgent assistance - angry client

I I'm very disappointed with the service from this company. It is impossible to get help no one ever answers the phone or responds to emails . I am awaiting a package from the 15 of July that was meant to be delivered. I also have another package and I need to change the address but your services are so bad there is no one to help. I need urgent assistance.
