"Unsuccessful delivery" when no attampt was even made
I received a notification at 9:00 a.m. that my parcel was out for delivery. By 9:40 a.m., when I tracked the parcel again, it said there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt. No one called me, and I was at home the entire time. My housemates were outside and didn't see a delivery van near our gate. This is absolutely unacceptable to delay my delivery since I intentionally rearranged my morning to be available.

I have put through a request for the drivers to re attempt delivery
We are taking the necessary steps to address the issues that led to these delays, including upgrading our infrastructure as well as enhancing our logistics processes to provide a seamless service.
