“Unsuccessful delivery”
Easily the worst courier experience, I absolutely DO NOT recommend. My parcel was out for delivery today, by midday it said my delivery was unsuccessful. I didn’t receive a call, sms and no deliver attempt was made in fact the only notification I received was that my parcel won’t be delivered until I fixed my address.
I spent the entire day doing and querying and it kept reverting back. Now it says they will attempt delivery again in 3 - 5 business days, I won’t even be around to receive this and I need it for work!
They have the absolute worst and *********** agents too, none of them could assist them and ALL their WhatsApp agents left me hanging. I had to chase Vodacom to fix this and they still didn’t deliver.
If you can avoid Ram couriers, please do!
