Unspeakable disrespect and awful customer service

Ram couriers and their drivers are unreliable fussy and disrespectful. I was waiting for my package from Cell C, which required ID n proof of address, the courier called to inform me that he is near by and asked if I was home n had the necessary docs, I told him I have my physical ID n a soft copy of my POD, he insisted that the POD has to on paper form, I mean who prints out at this day and age, he said he is 2min away And I said I will try n print the document, he came while I was trying to print n did not even wait 2min and left without saying a word. I called him to turn back as he was not far and I had all documents but he said he is not coming back, he will return the following day. Following day came he was a no show. I then received a WhatsApp from Ram to reschedule delivery for the 7th which I did. Today 6th of May I get an sms tht my delivery is on its way, I’m not at home but left all documents with my mom, the driver called and said delivery is on its way, I informed my mom. The same guy came to deliver and refused to leave the package stating that I am not serious and drove off while my mom was talking to him, utter disrespect!!! Bad customer service, Cell C should end your contract Ram. It’s not the first time I receive a package from Cell C and my mom receives it. I make myself available but delivery happens on unscheduled date. Who’s fault is that. And please train your drivers for people skills an customer service, or is it maybe that we are black that why he felt he can do whatever he like and treat me and my mom who’s a pensioner with utter disrespect. Cell C please find another courier to deliver my package.
