Unsatisfied with your delivery method

Good day

I am a bit disappointed in your company.

I had a package from Vodacom that needed to be delivered to me, on Wednesday, when the delivery guy phoned you and you phoned me regarding my parcel, I did inform the lady that was helping me, that I will be at home from 4pm, and the same thing happened to me on Thursday.

Today, I phoned back, and was told that the parcel will be send back to Vodacom, I then phoned Vodacom regarding this, and was informed that from today, if Ram couriers cannot get a hold of you, that they will send the parcel back to sender.

Yesterday night when I tracked my parcel, it showed that there was someone here by me at 4pm on Wednesday and Thursday, which is a lie.

The reason that was given to me is that my parcel was high maintenance, but I was not told that from the beginning, so please clarify this to me, and why wasn't Ininformed regarding this?????????

The tracking number is K***,but it will not help me now, as the package has been returned to sender, as the lady eho I phoned, last week Wednesday failed to notify me that you guys do not deliver in the afternoon, you guys are now inconveniencing me right now, as I was looking forward to the package, now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks, because of your incompatence.

If you cannot deliver the packahes to your customers, hire people who can do that, as there are many people without work

You even had the wrong contact details, meaning wrong mobile number, adress was the right adress, saw your email that you send me when you were supposed to deliver the package,

HI Marius.

The delivery was attempted accordingly, twice.

The incorrect contact number could have been the reason why the delivery was unsuccessful. We get the contact number from the sender as is.
