Unsatisfactory service again
I don’t know how the selection criteria for picking the drivers is but the drivers, parcels get delivered late or never get delivered on the day they are dispatched, arrangements are made to collect packages from drivers but still they don’t follow the arrangements made

Please note that the delivery hub tried contacting you today and you did not pick up the phone and it rang to V/M.
When delivery was attempted, you were not available at the address. The courier support agent then called you and you said you said you have already arrangements with courier driver.
