Had the worst experience with the delivery guy from your courier service. A guy with the name of Sphamandla made known to by your Call Centre Agent. I feel that something needs to be done before you loose business with suck anarchy and the language of a ****. On Thursday 15/10/2020 this **** that you have employed said to my face that he has no time to wait for as I was out to get some milk and bread at a near by tuck shop. Today this guy arrives at my parents residence, with the utmost disrespect of an elderly lady that lady which happens to be my mother. I feel like this guy happens to think that he is doing me a favor by delivering my goods. Is he not getting compensated for that? He told me he has no time to wait for people and I can escalate my complaint he does not feel intimidated. The nerve! We should publish the services we receive fro. RAM

Please note that we do tolerate such a behaviour from any of our staff here at Ram Hand-To-Hand Couriers. Do rest assured that the matter will be handled at the highest possible level and necessary disciplinary actions with be taken against the delivery personnel after the investigations have been done.
This matter has been escalated to the respective management team at the branch to resolve at the soonest possible time. They will be in further contact with you.
