Unresponsive Customer Service Made a Simple Delivery Into a Nightmare

RAM's customer service is the real problem here. They attempted delivery on the tenth but didn't wait or make proper contact. When I tried to follow up, I discovered their support is nearly impossible to reach. Their WhatsApp channel connects you to a useless bot that makes you wait sixty minutes, only to leave you hanging. Calling their phone line means waiting thirty to thirty five minutes just to speak to someone, and when you finally do, the agent seems disengaged and unhelpful. After calling yesterday, an agent promised delivery today. Nothing arrived. My order is still sitting in their hub, and they won't let me collect it myself. Over a week in, and I've received zero actual solutions or support. It's not just the delay—it's that their customer service
