Unreliable with pathetic customer service
Totally unreliable. Arrived at my house for deliver without informing me in advance and I was at work. Email to me arrived after they turned up. We then made a new arrangement for delivery today with consultant and with driver. I took day off to wait. When I checked if they are coming I was they could not confirm when, despite previous day confirmation of approximate time. Call centre staff were totally disinterested when I tried to lodge a complaint.
