Unreliable straight
Am waiting for a parcel from RAM on Tuesday I called I was told that the package is out for delivery but the driver has not left the warehouse as yet and it was 9:55, then I asked for the delivery to be done on the 1st because I was going somewhere and they couldn't estimate the time of the delivery. I waited the whole day yesterday when I called at 4:30 I was told that the delivery was cancelled the previous day at 11 the guy told me that he will send an e-mail so that I get the parcel today. Today I call again at 8:30 am told that I won't receive the parcel today MAYBE tomorrow.
And tomorrow I have to cancel again and stay home . This is really not on.
