Unreliable services
A parcel needed to be delivered to me from Vodacom. However they had wrong details. I have called in and after 30 minutes I finally got to speak to someone but she was extremely inexperienced as she would not reply to my request and sometimes I was not even sure if she was actually listening to my request. She eventually asked me to hold and then cut the line. I then called again in and after 20 minutes I got to speak to Solguido. Solguido promised to call me back in which he did not keep to his word. He also promised to deliver my parcel which I can't trust as I have only been promised things without any success.

10 Dec 2019, 10:55Hi, I honestly give up. I can only think that it is Managements fault. I see my parcel has still not been sent out for delivery. I blame Vodacom for accepting you guys to do there deliveries. This company has no values and just don't care about there clients. I have even spoken to a Manager by the name of Jason yesterday, that promise to call me back as I requested to pickup the parcel myself but no call back was received. This has cost me alot of time and money as well as inconvenient and all they can say is humble apologies. Please email me back by today as I will need the parcel to be delivered today or I will collect at 7pm. If not by today then I will need to go with Cell C....
