Unreliable Service Ever

The worst service ever! Waiting a parcel delivery sitting at home rescheduling all appointments to make sure I don't miss it only to be fooled and taken for a ride. The driver states that he was at the delivery address the morning and afternoon but no one home, yet I have been home the entire day even left the front door open so that it can be of an indication that someone is home. This same drivers also claims that he have called me but I did not answer which is so untrue as I having keeping my line open. I called RAM at 15:50pm to ask where the driver is and I was told I must wait he will be there before 17pm. Something told me to check the parcel tracking on their link and at 16:01pm a note was added stating no one at home. This driver can fool RAM but not me as he was not at my address my son is sitting in the door waiting as well since 14pm. The same driver RAM cannot get a hold of when calling him the entire day. Other courier companies not as well established as RAM has give me 5 STAR service, they would call to confirm and be at my house at the time stipulated. I will not recommend anyone to make use of their services they horrible!
