Never use them again. 2 collections booked. Paid for overnight. 3 days later. No ether parcel arrived. Parcel 1 says “service canceled” after the collected the parcel. Parcel 2 keeps saying store closed. ??at 3pm ??

Apologies for that.

Tracking does not show it has been collected on our side. Is the parcel collected from the store?

Maybe the courier did not have the waybill number attached to it.
