Unreliable Delivery Service, Rude and Abusive Drivers, Call Centre Assistants who lie about returning calls

Unreliable delivery service, waiting 5 days for my phone from FNB. Your driver was extremely rude and swore at my mother. He refused to accept my license copy saying it's expired, it expires in 2026. When I called him he was rude and abusive. Abruptly cut my call as I was speaking to him and ignored my communications

I escalated to the call center and was informed that someone will call me back before 7pm, no call received.

I was meant to fly on Tuesday morning, I rescheduled for tomorrow morning. Now I've canceled my trip due to this.

Ram will accept responsibility for this. I am disgusted with this service!
