Unreliable delivery
Terrible experience with Bash's delivery service. Ordered on April 10th with a 5-day delivery window, but it's been ages and my order still hasn't arrived. Despite 'expected today' updates, nothing shows up. With Good Friday tomorrow, I'm resigned to waiting even longer.
The real issue seems to be with RAM Couriers, who appear to be handling Bash's deliveries. Numerous delays and poor communication have left me frustrated. I'd advise Bash to reevaluate their partnership with RAM Couriers. Until then, I'll just have to wait and hope for the best. H

The lack of communication, reliability, and efficiency is staggering. It seems like the real issue lies with RAM Couriers, who are handling the deliveries. I'd suggest Bash considers looking into this partnership, as it's clearly not working. From Pietermaritzburg to Weenen shouldn't be this hard!
My order from Bash has been long overdue and I'm extremely frustrated, it was supposed to arrive on April 16th but it's now been weeks of waiting with no sign of my order, despite constant updates claiming delivery would happen "today", nothing has materialized, and the incompetence of RAM Couriers handling Bash's deliveries is staggering, a simple delivery from Pietermaritzburg to Weenen shouldn't be this complicated, to add insult to injury they claim I was unavailable during delivery attempts which is completely untrue, I'm fed up with the lack of communication and reliability, and with Good Friday approaching I'm expecting another day of disappointment, it's just ridiculous that I've had to deal with this level of ineptitude, and I'm still waiting, still hoping that my order will arrive soon, but the likelihood of that seems slim given the track record of RAM Couriers, it's a shame because I was excited about my order, but now I'm just disappointed and frustrated.
