Unreliable delivery and website. It doesn't take too long to pick up item , if takes 4 days to pick up how long for transit

I ordered watches being advertised as buy one get one.

They **** about delivery, I don't know if ram is unreliable or they are . I ordered ahead of black Friday to avoid such stuff but stuck in it. What's the point of paying more. My package has been canceled by ram , failed to pick up etc and customer care doesn't answer calls.

Mind you delivery to store not even to my residential area.
