Unreliable courier service and Dishonest Drivers
I recently had an FNB Connect delivery scheduled, where my device was supposed to be delivered to me. I waited the entire day, but the delivery never arrived. When I checked the order status on the website, I was shocked to see it marked as unsuccessful.
I contacted customer care, and they claimed the driver had been to my location and called me, which is completely untrue. No driver called, and no delivery vehicle was at my gate. As I work from home, I am able to monitor all my deliveries closely.
The customer service agent promised to contact the driver and ask him to return and complete the delivery. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the falsehoods these drivers are telling.

07 May 2025, 16:53I've waited the whole morning and afternoon as this courier company stated that the package would be delivered anytime from 08:00-18:00. There has been no communication besides from when I called the customer care line. It is currently 16:52, and I am still waiting for communication from either the driver or the customer care agent I spoke to. The call was at 16:22.
