Unreliable Courier Service
So disappointed in this courier service company. I have been waiting for my parcel for more than 5 days now. I keep receiving an sms's and email every day stating my order is out for delivery and it never gets delivered. The call center has been of no use to me. Its all lies and lies. I have spent a lot of airtime trying to get a solution from RAM.
