Unreliable and Unresponsive

Ram Couriers sit with your goods in their warehouse, goods that form part of essential goods in order for businesses to run. When you phone them you get cut off; when you email them they don't respond; on the very rare occasion when their live chat is working you get a dismissive tone and with promises that your delivery will arrive the following day but this does not happen. If you are to use a courier company I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ONE AS UNRELIABLE AS RAM.
