Unreliable and poor customer service
Very frustrating and *************. After specifically saying I can only receive the parcel on Wednesday someone pitches up on Monday and Tuesday. Then I make arrangements for the parcel to be dropped off on Wednesday after threatening sms that I will be liable for extra costs and that my parcel will be cancelled. I take off work to stay at home Wednesday afternoon and nobody shows. And now I get an sms that the parcel is cancelled.
