Unreliable and frustrating delivery experience

Ram Couriers’ delivery service is very poor. They sent me a WhatsApp message saying my parcel would be delivered that day, but no one arrived. Later, I received an email saying the delivery was unsuccessful, noting ‘contact not available’, yet they had my number because they were sending me all this communication on WhatsApp but they never called me or left a message. I then had to reschedule and even emphasised my phone number, although it was already on the system. They delivered the following day. Now it’s happening again and they are saying ‘failed to deliver due to client not available’, and I’m realising this seems to be a pattern. How can you claim a failed delivery due to the client’s unavailability when you did not even call me? And when I try to call them they do not pick up their phones. Honestly, please do better.
