<p>I would like to complain about RAM Hand To Hand Delivery which have sent me a message on Friday, 09/06/2017, to say my order is out for delivery but today (12/06/2017) when I enquired they tell me that they have sent my order and it was received by someone with similar name as mine. This is totally not true, firstly they did not call my number to confirm delivery and I also wonder where did the deliver the parcel at? Right not they make as if there is my identity theft of which is not true. I think the manner in which they conduct their business is ************ and need to be checked.</p>

Having looked into this the attached I.D document verifies your I.D and your complete name and surname. This matter will be handed to the Risk Department to investigate further as the correct procedures were followed from our side.

I still don't understand when you say the correct procedure was followed. Did you sent the parcel the correct address? Was I contacted? Have you checked with your driver where the parcel was delivered?
Please forward me that copy of the ID that you claim to be in posession of.
