Unreliable and false info provided via the tracker and telephonicly
Terrible experience. Parcel was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday 18 December. No one came or called. Marked on tracker unable to contact. After many calls most of which was not answered and cut off i was told that it would be delivered 20 December and that the driver would be in contact with me. Still no contact/delivery and no answer at the call centre. Unreliable beyond
