Unreliable and Disappointing Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by RAM Couriers. They don't even deserve 1 star. I booked a collection twice, and on both occasions, the courier failed to show up. To make matters worse, the courier used me as an excuse to cover up his own failures. The first time, the reason given was that I supposedly cancelled the order. The next day, the courier falsely claimed that I was not available for the pickup.

As a business owner, reliability is crucial, and RAM Couriers has let us down in a significant way. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has impacted our operations negatively. I will never use this service again and do not recommend it to anyone seeking dependable courier services.
