Unreliable

Not very reliable. They will say out for delivery - only come at 18:30! Or out for delivery - after 18:30 you will receive a notice saying there was nobody home (3 people at home the whole day, and workers). Talking to a robot, can only respond to yes an no questions. Now they will only deliver 3 days later. Service people, service makes or breaks a business.
