Unreliable

I placed an order on the Woolworths app on the 1st December 2024. Delivery was supposed to take place Friday the 6th December 2024. However , I waited the entire day for the delivery. Phoned ram couriers in total 23 times and no agent picked up . I also made use of the WhatsApp live chat and everytime I was out through to someone no one responded. I got an sms this morning saying that my order will be delivered today only for me to be informed via the chat agent that ram does not deliver on a Saturday. On the woolies app my app shows that the item was delivered. This is not the first time Ram does this mad nonsense.
