Unprofessionalism and no TCF

I have been waiting for my rain sim since 2020-05-22, sent an email 2020-05-20 to change my address it was not done, I called yesterday 2020-05-25 at 10:51 spoke to Mbali she said address is changed and night shift will arrange for dispatch today, I haven't received any notification today and I have just called 10:51 spoke to spoke to Maria, she said she will assist for dispatch maybe today but it was tomorrow

You service is so bad and I am going to complain on all channels helopeter even Ombudsman cause firstly your driver said to me on Sat 23-05 he will call office so that address can be changed then call me for delivery, then when I check the update was done on system and he said my phone was on voicemail when he had to arrange to delivery then he returned back with the parcel

I cannot work from home because of your unprofessionalism and not keeping to your promise
