Unprofessional staff
Ram courier staff are so unprofessional. They dropped my calls. Been calling them for more than 10 times asking about my delivery, I even arranged delivery with Moodley and now I can’t get hold of him. No one assisted me. Still my parcel is there at their warehouse. they don’t know how to speak to customers. Just close your business. You ******. South Africa do not ever use Ram couriers, dot waste your money.

The sender has advised ram to deliver the parcel to the client and only the client which in your case is your boy friend, he will then have to obtain 3rd party delivery authorization and get it sent to us and then we will follow the senders instruction
